How did you learn about the inclusive program?
I am an ECSE teacher familiar with a model classroom of 8-10 children with disabilities and two typically developing kids. I was excited when my child's teacher approached me with her concept of a "50/50" classroom and wanted my son in.

How do you feel your child is benefiting from the inclusive aspect of the program?
Eric benefits in several ways. The classroom size is small, the staff are excellent, and Eric is learning ease with and acceptance of others. I hope that inclusive programs will always be a part of my son's education.

Have you had any concerns? If so, how have these concerns been addressed?
At first I was afraid this classroom may be too restrictive for Eric, or that the staff wouldn't have adequate time to spend with him. Very early on in our experience these fears were laid aside and I feel unequivocally, this has been the perfect place for our son.
