I have some college hours in Early Childhood. I also have experience working with special needs children.

What other experiences, or staff development has prepared you for inclusion?
staff meetings, health department, interaction with staff and families.

What is your job role?
assist USD 500 in any way possible.

What is your role regarding the inclusive component of the program?
To follow through with the developmental process that was implemented by USD 500.

How has your role changed or have you adapted your role as it relates to the inclusive program?
In learning more about the program. I have become more skilled with the gained knowledge.

What were your biggest concerns about participating in an inclusive program?
The staff involved us in the program.

What were your experiences related to these concerns once inclusive services were implemented?
Special needs and programs available.

What do you see as the benefits of moving toward inclusive services?
Positive atmosphere and the ongoing learning that is exchanged between staff and children.

Can you offer one or more anecdotes that you feel illustrate the benefits of inclusion?
Setting your goal in the beginning with positive outcomes in the end. I have seen positive end results with USD 500.
